Just wondering if I could buy additional battery modules to change my 75 to a 100?
I know the battery pack supposedly comes out easily to swap batteries, but can you modify the packs?

Not by Tesla, some aftermarket companies will (look on ebay). I have also heard that if you have coil suspension, supposedly they cannot support the 100kwh pack. Air suspension is required.

Since you already asked this question on the 75kWh battery pack thread, why did you also create an entirely new thread 6 minutes later to ask the same question?
