How are you meant to get your number plus within 24 hours? They told me I would get it a week before!

Wow, and you are meant to send this to your insurance company, go to the Strassenverkehrsamt, get your number plates and then go pick it up 48hrs later… seems a little crazy! I thought you got at least a week between getting the form and getting the car
Surely it’s not on that one… I would assume it takes longer than 6 days to get them off, loaded and drive them all the way here

As much as I know they put it on trains and deliver it to Studen. Then they take that to the different Swiss locations.
When Glovis Splendor has been moored in Koper in 1th June after 7 days I saw some car transporter from Italy at Chiasso Strada customs (importing Teslas in Switzerland) so probably some cars arrives with trucks.

Based on the Swiss Tesla feedback, I'm 99% sure that in Zurich they get the cars from Studen where the cars are arrives by train. Actually that was the reason I selected that place for take my car as it is 1 day quickerI think no, because i live in Ticino and I will go to pick my Tesla in Zurich

If they confirm a final date for delivery, I only need to get to sort out my insurance right? So they will manage the licence plate and the paperwork I hope.

Your sales rep can tell you the ship name. You can call the Zurich store if that is your allocated store.
