Change Screen to see speedometer

New to Tesla and looking at changing to this picture.
How do you do this please?

Isn't that how it looks all the time?

Do you mean how do I change from the battery icon display percent state of charge (% SOC) remaining to estimated miles of range remaining? If so just tap the number value displayed next to the battery icon on the Tesla screen or from the Tesla app and it will switch.

You cannot change it.

That is an old software version, the screen doesn't look like that anymore.
