Charging in the Florida

Hello everybody. Planning a drive down the keys and back to Miami. Where can I find out about supercharging stations on that route.

In your car and in the mobile app you can see the superchargers. However if you are quite far away they might not show them easily.

supercharge.info is a great source of information about superchargers.

A Better Route Planner (ABRP) can also help plan the trip and show you where it thinks you should charge.

Yoi can superchargers in the car on the screen. Just select charging icon on the right and move the map. Or set a destination and it will plan your charging.

You can see supercharger locations in the Tesla app by going to location and then the charging tab.

You can use a third party route planning app like ABRP

If you navigate to your destination, your car will automatically navigate you to the SC along the route depending on your remaining battery capacity.

You can also go to www.tesla.com/trips Select your car and set your start and end and the red dots that appear on your route are superchargers.

Seems to Be one at Homestead (before the keys) and then at 'Marathon' and Big Pine Key. Plenty!

Even if you go all the way to Key West, you won’t need more than one charging stop to make the round trip from Hallandale. If you’re staying at a hotel in the keys, you could look for one with a destination charger, which would eliminate the need for a supercharger stop. Last time I stayed in Key West, my hotel (Orchid Key Inn) had a Tesla destination charger, which I didn’t know about until I got there, so I was able to do the round trip from the Boynton Beach area without supercharging.
