CPO Model S January Timeline

Lol just called the Tempe center, guy says yah I don’t have any access to information call your sales guy. Some help they are.

This entire CPO process is so broken in some cases

Finally got a response from my sales adviser - parts are in and they need to do some touch up work, don't have any eta but will let you know when the car is on its way to Mt Kisko.
Ughhh, waiting is killing me

Dang atleast they will have the car here, for some reason they sent mine to Salt Lake City for exterior/part install and I don’t even have a date for when it should be coming to the Tempe center. Is your service guy Justin by any chance?

When i put the deposit on my car at first they told me the car would goto Salt Lake City for the CPO refinish, but then said my car was already going threw the process (when it was listed for sale) where the car was (Maryland i think) and would come direct to tempe when finished

Also who was your CPO guy?

Ah interesting, mine went to Fremont, CA then SLC. My CPO guy is Justin B.

Yah it seems like they give pretty much all CPOs for the south west and central south to Justin. Must be a pretty busy guy. I’ve been sticking to calling only once a week on Friday’s so I don’t bug the guy too much.

Looks like the car has finished up interior and exterior. All work as been completed except for one work item labeled "BS" which neither myself or my CPO guy know what that is code for. Also mentioned that it is marked as P1 vehicle so im hoping itll get shipped out in the next few days. Heres to hoping for delivery this coming week! (also seeing this on myTesla account but not able to actually select any location as of yet)

Gotta love that code congrats on completing that step, my car should be in my SvC tomorrow which translates into one week from the point your car is at and I just pinged my DS again to get an update on when i'll finally have my car.

I was able to set the pickup location the day I ordered. Are you unable to select a location?

So I’m thinking this is just a glitch or something because I ordered over the phone on 1/9 and they asked where I lived and determined that Tempe SVC is the closest, so they know where to take the car.

All my paperwork is signed on both ends, and all info is taken care of, Payment is all that is left but i am bring bank checks with me at delivery.

does anybody know what to expect next? will I get a call to schedule a delivery or will get some email confirming my car is ready or I will just have to keep bugging my online specialist asking for updates..... OMG this time is killing me...

I have given up calling my SA, useless no communication. 4/5 tasks completed now waiting for email from the DS to schedule time.

Nice, I got my trade in value back and they will honor the same value they gave me about 3 weeks ago.. the car is arriving at my SvC this Thursday it seems and then final inspection and detailing to be followed by scheduling. Gotta say my DS has been communicating better and better as the final phase approaches.
