We are going out of town, why wouldn’t we get the VIN the day we are flying?!?! SA contacted ,e this morning, and was super helpful. I told him Tuesday because they surely couldn’t be open on Memorial Day. He assured me that they’d be open, so I set it for as early as possible. Understatement of the year follows : we are super stoked!

I think they're not seeing a VIN assigned to your account and usually that means it hasn't been produced yet. But with the current circumstances, it could mean it's just waiting on a lot to be cleared post-update then the VIN will be matched. So I wouldn't put much stock into their response.

e-mailed ordersupport Tampa yesterday morning and did not receive any reply.
My pre-approval lasted 45 days. They told me they need the Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement (which has the VIN) to finalize the loan and send the check, but that it will be overnighted as soon as they get the document.
30 days, but Tesla matches for 60 days. No need to worry about DCU after you're approved. Just email the offer to [email protected] with your RN number..
What they probably mean is that a car in your configuration (or multiple) have been produced and are shipping to your area now. But they won't match one to your account until they've been cleared after the software update.

My SA told me a truck with Ys coming to Miami was being loaded yesterday… Today I got a date range of June 10-28. A person here yesterday said she saw on i95 a truck full of Ys.

My pre-approval with DCU lasted 45 days. Also, DCU gives loans for 100% of the sale price (including tax), Tesla does not. So that's sometimes a consideration for some people.

I just got back from Springfield. Nice to see deliveries happening. I’m hoping for the same to get the VIN any day.
Hopefully mine is on there. I spoke to my SA yesterday but he did not hint at when I will be getting my car.
If you ordered from Peabody, I was down there yesterday and there were a couple dozen MYLRs in the lot - the vast majority were MSMs or White with production dates from 3/30 thru 5/8. Bummer that my car has to come in via Paramus (ordered 4/14). Good luck to you!
Just received vin# and delivery date for May 26 -May 29th. Model Y white on white, 5 seater, hitch. Ordered April 7th. Had notice regarding no radar and whether I still wanted to take delivery. Once I clicked proceed, vin# and delivery date came up. Tampa Fla. Waiting to hear back from my advisor as to current location of car...
