Delivery times of Tesla Model-Y (June-July orders)

I'm literally in the same boat as you with my MYP order.... ordered & finalized on 7/15/21 also, but I have a white & black interior on order (with tow). I ordered mine online but my SA is through the Tesla Brea store.

My EDD had been 8/9 - 8/29 all last week, and briefly said 7-9 weeks on Saturday, but since last weekend it's now been 8/13 - 8/29 every day this week. Still waiting on a VIN as well.

With our orders being very similar, we may get our vins close to each other’s. That be Cool!

EDD updated for the first time to a date range. Ordered July 29th....EDD Nov 2nd-22nd. No doubt it will change a 100 times between now and delivery.

EDD now 8/14 - 8/28. The front date keep going back one day while the back date stays the same.

Yep, I ordered 6/20 and had the same thing happen. About a week of no EDD at all, then back to the generic "October" for a few days, and the past few days it's been "Nov 2 - Nov 21".

Ordered 6/4, went from no EDD, to October, to mid november - mid december, before finally settling on 11/9-11/29 yesterday and holding (so far) today

I got the same thing. EDD of no delivery date, then just "October", then back to Aug 23 - Sep 20, then just "December", and now this latest time frame. At this point, I would almost rather them not put anything for EDD instead of the constant WILD swings.

Yes, I feel it is close now! EDD today was 8/12->8/15.
Thought my Vin would be higher than a 248xxx though (I see others coming in with 250xxx). Still, Super excited to have a VIN , now for the Blue button to be enabled.....

I’m in the same boat as you, got a VIN and dates keep pushing up after it hits the first day of the delivery window, any update from your SA since?

They are about as lost as customers. I just spoke to them again to change my payment method to cash, so my credit doesn't get pulled every 60 days. It's kind of messed up they shift expectations. I had the initial EDD in September, moved up to August, and then I get a VIN 17 days ago. My advisor stated deliveries occur within about 10 days of a VIN being issued and that seems to be the average on the TMC spreadsheet. At this point, I'm just readjusting my expectations.

My bad, it was $6,000 I think, order then model Y first start accepting reservations.

Still to me, it was $6k wasted.. all I need have already included in Auto Pilot, wish I knew

I think bc we’re in SoCal, we get the cars at the end of the quarter. So, they might be pushing all of ours who ordered by July 15 to be delivered then! Fingers crossed!!

Suhhhhweeet. Okay, I have a scheduled delivery date 8/15 and paid the final $$$ I owed from my account.

Interesting the Delivery Appointment is at my house, but when I ordered they said they didn't deliver to me and I would need to go to the local dealer. Don't care either way as long as I can pickup 8/15!!! Thanks for the text papa Elon. 6/21->8/15 MYP Blue, CA Bay Area, No tow, 5 seater, WHITE interior.

looks like you ordered a few days after me... I'm still showing 8/24-9/6 but I am considering that total BS because I've watched it move one day at a time. A month ago I told my wife I'd have the car by now, today I told her if I don't have a delivery date set by sept 4th (13 weeks from order) I'm cancelling and buying another BMW

I wish my EDD range was still starting at the end of August like it was last month, it would feel like it was actually going to happen. It's been pretty solidly at September 6 - September 26 (+/- a day) for a couple weeks now.
