Honestly I have no idea. I am really new to this myself... but food to know that people who did not request fsd.or.eap also have a chance to hw4.

FSD and EAP won’t matter. Tesla will add hardware to every vehicle in the line up (Y’s in this case).

Agreed but right now getting HW4 is like winning a lottery . I am waiting for MY LR7. Hoping to get one too ... EDD - June July

Go to your car patient on a computer. View source code. Using the find tool, search for AP04 or APH4.

AP04 is hw4
APH4 is HW3

I don’t think this works anymore, Tesla only seem to provide high level details and not the full build info.

There are tools around where you can put in your vin and they’ll find the nearest match and tell you what they have, but data is patchy on the latest vins, presumably because it takes time to build up.

That's the question. It's largely believed that it is going to be the most beneficial to folks that have FSD.

I don't see a tab for sensors. I thought all sensors got removed?

I thought the radar showed on the camera screen so looks like it doesn’t have one. Tesla Info are also reporting no radar on the inventory cars they’re seeing

USS were removed. There should still be GPS at least. And I’m curious to see if it has the radar back. The model X and S with HW 4 has radar back. This is what my 2018 model s shows:

I was just told by online Sales Advisor that standard range are only made from Austin and the LR and P are from Fremont. Is that true or they make LR and P in Austin plant as well? Order was placed in Fremont..

I wonder why Tesla is not including radar on HW4 on model Y when the S and X have it. Supply shortage? So many inconsistencies.
