Do you know what this is called, and can it be adjusted?

This is at the bottom right side of the trunk, where the hatch stopper touches when closed. It’s not sitting flush vs. the left side and I think it’s creating a panel gap- is there any way to adjust it? It seems fixed/won’t turn or pull off easily.

Both of mine are flush. Can you rotate the part? The top surface should be parallel with the adjustable bump stop. I can't tell, from the angle of your photo, if it's correct.
Another photo, please, from farther back?
 
It's facing the right way, as compared to the other side. However, it's not sitting flush against the metal on the car, so I was wondering if that could be adjusted or if anyone knew the exact name of the part. No worries, I will take it to service. Thanks, all.
