Does Autopilot work during night?

I am about to order MX, Does anyone know if AP can be working during night?

In the Model S, my experience is that it works very well if the lane markings are in good shape. Contrast is often better at night than in sunlight. In rain, day or night, the success is highly dependent on lane marking condition and lighting conditions. Too much glare and the camera can't sort it out (just like your eyes). Sometimes I turn on the fog lights to help the lighting a bit.
