Had my M3 for LITERALLY 5 months and an old lady ran a stop sign and hit me.. now I’m just wondering if it looks totaled or not, the wheel is also bent in pretty badly too it’s hard to tell from the picture though.

Depends largely on your insurance cover. If you have new for old you could push for it potentially.

Until you put it on a hoist you won't know what's causing the wheel alignment, but likely just a bent strut which are readily replaceable, along with the alloy which might even be repaired if it's not cracked. Bumpers are by design sacrificial so that likely looks worse than it is.

Bottom line though - your insurance company writes the rules.

On the surface it looks repairable. But that's the problem, you need to actually take the wheel assembly apart to tell. If it's just bent control arms or snapped joints - it's an easy repair. If the drive linkage was pushed into the drive unit, it's a much bigger problem. There's no way to tell without some surgery.

No, this is not totaled. This is very repairable. You may have some suspension damage, but that's just a few control arms, wheel hub, maybe half-shaft. Not that big of a deal. I had far worse damage on a Model S back in 2015 and it was fully repaired and good as new.
