You can install our site as a web app on your iOS device by utilizing the Add to Home Screen feature in Safari. Please see this thread for more details on this.

I've had this same issue for a week or two. Sorry I have nothing more to add here, just wanted to confirm you aren't alone. Same version of the app on a pixel 7.
Looks like a release bug with this version !!!
If you go to settings-> apps and choose Tesla. Look at app permissions and disable music and videos. A message is displayed saying this app does not support the latest version of Android. I have never been able to find how to contact Tesla App support to fix things. Maybe they might see this and address the issue.

Mine is Android 13. I suspect that Tesla have not upgraded their app to support the changes made in the later versions. Maybe Elon stopped to work in Twitter:-?
Same problem with Android 13 and Tesla version 4.15.1-1483. I deleted the app, loaded an earlier version (4.14.4-1455) and "Download My Data" now working.

Same issue with my Galaxy S10 and app version 4.15.1-1483. I noticed the data.csv file does get written to Android>data>com.teslamotors.tesla>cache>download - apparently, they accidentally removed the next step of giving you the option of actually doing something with it.
