Should have added that the specific failure more is that I click the "Download My Data" button and nothing happens.
Looks like a release bug with this version !!!
If you go to settings-> apps and choose Tesla. Look at app permissions and disable music and videos. A message is displayed saying this app does not support the latest version of Android. I have never been able to find how to contact Tesla App support to fix things. Maybe they might see this and address the issue.

No issues for me downloading Daily and Monthly dat on a Samsung S9 with Android 10. My Tesla app version is 4.15.1-1483 which is the same as yours.Yeah, I tried giving permissions to the app for everything listed - no luck. And I think Tesla's approach to customer service is you just tweet Elon, right?
Mine is Android 13. I suspect that Tesla have not upgraded their app to support the changes made in the later versions. Maybe Elon stopped to work in Twitter:-?
Same problem with Android 13 and Tesla version 4.15.1-1483. I deleted the app, loaded an earlier version (4.14.4-1455) and "Download My Data" now working.
Tesla app latest version is the problem!!
