ECU failed to update during recent software update.

During the past few updates I’ve been checking the alerts using the service mode and found an alert where ecu cannot update to latest version. Any idea what’s going on?

It can't be more clear than that: you have to open a ticket to find out what's wrong with the control unit that did not update and/or retry to update it.

Hello anyone else had this GTW _w072_updateFailure ?? How was it resolved?

Mine cleared on its own and I spoke with a tech and he mentioned this was normal. As long as it doesn’t persist. Seems to happen right after an update still though
