    So I just paid for ESA thru my referral credit.
    Problem: Referral credit is reduced by $4k. But ESA still shows not purchased. Also no email confirming purchase.

    Should I be worried?

    I did the same thing at a service center, and I've sent several emails to TM about getting the website to reflect the ESA purchase, but to no avail. I do have the service center work order (as a PDF) that shows that the ESA was purchased, so at least I have that.

    How did you "purchase" the ESA? Through the website or at a service center?

    I bought at the service center. It took about 10 days for it to appear as purchased in my mytesla.

    Wow, mine still doesn't show up! Off to send another email (I think this will be the fifth letter I've written).
