Did anyone else notice the almost throwaway comment by Elon at the shareholders meeting, that new liquid-cooled SuperCharger cables, in addition to being thinner and more supple, could enable higher charge rates? Presumably, if the batteries themselves can take it, shorter times at Super Chargers may be possible.
If not for the existing packs, perhaps this development may be in the works in order to support a future new pack that can charge at higher rate; maybe even in Model X?
