Finally found something I hate about my Model S - Seat belt 'creak'

I have the same situation, don't know how to solve it.

For me, I just waited and it went away. Seriously. I had an appointment to get it looked at and they said they would have to order parts. By my next appointment the noise was gone and I asked them not to bother tearing the B-pillar apart (and potentially introduce new creaks/rattles). I assume some surface just had to "wear in" a bit.
 
Just brought my car in today for a few small items including the seat battle rattle issue. They performed the following: "removed rear lift gate trims and insulated all areas. Assembled rear lift gate. Test drove vehicle. Rattle no longer present."
