I have been using it all day. Tried AP in several different situations, played w/ media etc...........I sure hope there are no bugs in this and it's only slowed the rollout
How is AP compared to the previous version?
You can install our site as a web app on your iOS device by utilizing the Add to Home Screen feature in Safari. Please see this thread for more details on this.
Note: This feature may not be available in some browsers.

Holy hell, did they take away my scroll wheel sunroof control too? And, someone pointed out the right scroll wheel only does temperature and sunroof, so they'll restore previous functionality
Correct. They wouldn't halt rollout and pull the uninstalled, staged update from cars if it didn't cause some problem along the lines of:
- failed installation that requires service center action
- safety feature, such as a specific range of radar serial numbers going offline from the firmware change
- operability function, such as drive unit being limited or blowing a contactor fuse
This will have the side effect that your car will still show the clock icon, but when you go to install the update it will state some kind of error and delete the image. At this point I would expect the clock icon to disappear.
I like that it takes just one click of the scroll wheel to end a call now. I'm not sold on the cyan color circles - seems a bit cartoonish to me.

Doesn't even need to be that dramatic. An unanticipated bug that required a daily screen reboot, or disabled something really minor like homelink, would undertsandably be enough for Tesla to want it fixed before continuing.
Colorblind here, bring on the cyan.
OK, an hour later, clock is still there. I gave it a reboot, and the clock is still there.Yes, the clock should disappear. Though it's possible it could get hung. Try a "scroll wheel salute" and reboot the CID. If the alarm clock comes back, it's still staged.

I have a 90D and don't have itPossibly. I'm AP delivery last month 90D. Seems the most cars right now to get 8.0 are 90D.
Nothing here in NH yet either. I got the last update the day after release. Fingers crossed for tonight. It's like having Christmas morning without knowing when that'll be, lolS and X at my house. No 8.0 on either car yet. So sad....
I have a S85D and drove to the Austin SC. No software so far.Has anyone tried geofencing today? I'm contemplating if it's worth it or not to attempt to go to the service center...
