It really isn’t.
It’s already been observed that the FSD visualisations are laggy on the older Atom chip, mostly down to its underpowered GPU.
With the changes to sentry mode etc the fact the Atom lacks acceleration for h.265 decoding is also likely a reason for creating a fork between versions

Why would you assume it’s only for that reason when there are likely to be a whole bunch of additional visualisations we haven’t even seen yet? So yes, I am for real.
We talk here about issue where vehicle is parked and it shows big car.

in reality all visualisations displayed on screen is just... 15 year old android level.

the fact that they are not optimizing stuff for atom does not mean it is not capable per se

Agreed. We are talking about trivial UI elements not Unreal Engine 5.4. This is nothing more than Tesla wanting a way to distinguish between "old" and "new" vehicles and make you want to buy a new one... without stopping software updates entirely.
