Trawling the EPA CSI website has its rewards. I found this nugget:

At 50 mph, road load is 11.13/9.95 = 11.86% higher with the 19 inch tyres compared to the 18 inch. I presume the 18" are tested with the Aero covers on. The energy/mile penalty will increase at higher speeds.

Great info @SageBrush Where does it say "at 50 mph"? I also found this interesting tidbit:
The self‐discharge rate of the battery is likely to be less than 4% per month.
