Trust me, they aren't answering phones. They are all out delivering to customer who are able to pickup their car.

Ha ha, yep, I bet they drafted all of the staff over from their contact centre in the Netherlands to the Heathrow SC so they could all be handing out cars.

I believe this is most likely, they have probably reduced call centre staff to go onto deliveries in the US they had top execs helping out with deliveries so small call centre staff are not going to be a problem to take off their calls.

I bet many of call centre staff are third party cos Musk would have sacked many of them by now if they were Tesla employees. Some have been fab, some have been awful.
