How many reservations will Elon report Wednesday?

Will stand with my previous prediction of the over/under being 700,000 before production starts. That's a gross number before attrition. Not that there will be much once people figure out the the nuts and Bolt is constrained to 30,000/year. I also expect people to buy used Model Ses starting in late 2017 since starting then, AP cars will become lease returns. Not a ton of them, still - especially since some lessees will just buy their cars.

Interesting juxtaposition, that - used Model S85 AP versus a new Model 3. The 2nd reveal will be pivotal for many, methinks. Talk about a good problem to have.

The climbing number of reservations should be good news for us early birders. Tesla will have to increase their ramp up plans in order to reduce the wait time so they don't lose too many current reservations. So if ramp up is quicker, and likely larger, than originally planned then we will be getting our M3's that much sooner. And those in the US will have a better chance of getting the full credit too.

I've been bearish this entire time, since I didn't expect the reservations to even go this high! I'll continue to be that way and estimate an additional 50,000 since the last report of 276,000, bringing the total to 326,000.
