You need at least version 2019.36 to get the new V10 features. 2019.36.2.1 is the latest version. If you have HW3, and the current software, you should get cone rendering, even without FSD. However not having FSD means you will be farther down the list to get the update.

Uploaded screenshot of the update details..I just got it today, does that mean that my car did in fact come with hw 3.0 since update says cone rendering?

Mine build and delivered during mid Jun'19 but came with HW2.5.
Its M3SR+, prior placing the order, during and after delivery(tech support) mentioned its HW3 but its not.
Tesla service confirmed its HW2.5, had conversation with their sales manager at Sunnyvale CA and asked me to take 2nd openiion ate Santa Clara CA and they also confirmed its HW2.5.
More over range was mapped 220 miles not 240 starting from day 1.
Not sure, what we can do?
