I think my new-to-me CPO P85D is a dud. Am I wrong?

I too wanted the warranty. and service has been outstanding to deal with. But actually getting the car, it was unbelievable. I kept saying, THIS is the company that disrupted the car market by itself? Really?

These recent stories about Tesla Used Car Sales have me scratching my head as to what has gone wrong in the four years since I purchase a CPO P85 Signature Model S. My experience was one of the best in a long car buying history and I felt attended to every step of the way. The horror story published on the Rich Rebuilds video tube blog about his 2 month long experience buying a used Model X is almost unbelievable in its depiction of incompetence. I am a Tesla fan and booster and it's painful to see/hear stories about poor customer service. The competitors (VW, Audi, Porsche, and many others) are investing and gearing up and Tesla needs to pay attention and build loyalty, not destroy it.
