Inventory vehicle delay

I was supposed to pick up my MX today. It is an inventory MX with about 1,100 miles on it. Unfortunately I received a phone call this morning telling me the service department told them car would not be ready until Wednesday. Of course I work during the week and so set up delivery for next Saturday. In the grand scheme a week should not be a huge deal but is disappointing.

The concern of course is what problem did they find at the 11th hour and how worrisome is it?
Have other experienced similar delays?
Tesla gave me no further info
