Is the Tunein interface down?

Also been having a lot of Loading Error Messages using tunein. Sometimes start working OK after booting, but in the last few days, that does not work either.

The good news is, that it seems to be happening to owners across the board and not just the old ones or the new ones. Hopefully Tesla will get us a fix sooner than next year as reported by my local service center.

I'm having the same problem although my TuneIn works when the car is in my garage and on my wifi but the moment it goes to cellular, I get the error. So is it AT&T???

What should I do to fix this as I rely on TuneIn and not having it work is a real PITA...

I listen to an AM station on Tunein for news
Works fine on WiFi
Once LTE takes over, the feed is gone
But some other Tuenin feeds still work on LTE
The same AM station is useless usIng the AM radio in car. Way too much static

I am also having constant issues with Slacker and TuneIn for the last week.
Pretty frustrating - the music helps to make my hour long commute reasonable...
I haven't called Tesla yet - but I think I may at least register my displeasure.

Fast.com on the browser will check your speeds, what used to be 3.0 mbps is now around 200kbps, as I have mentioned in another thread it’s either a bug with the LTE or its LTE throttling.

I wonder if they are getting ready for a changeover to a paid service for those of us who’s free service is expiring 1/1/2018.

I can confirm this finding (also posted in the other thread). I am averaging 80Kbps - 190Kbps on LTE. Typically 1 or 2 bars signal strength.

Interesting thing is though, that my buddy is averaging over 2Mbps with his 2014 3G car.

I have not had any issues in December.
