ISA Communications / Scheduled Deliveries

They're probably not in a big rush with your order since the car needs to be shipped to Hawaii which I'm pretty sure takes even longer than them shipping a car from Fremont to the East coast. They're focusing on mostly CA orders from now till the end of the quarter to try and bring their end of the quarter delivery numbers as high as possible. Have you contacted Tesla to see if you have at least been assigned an ISA?
Where are the high speed electric ships with Ludicrous mode! :p

I called last week, but they couldn't tell me anything. Didn't specifically ask them about an ISA, though. She just told me to wait for a call from my owner advisor.

Checked my phone log, and see I missed a call from an unknown Las Vegas number on 3/9 (VIN assigned 3/7). Didn't leave a message. Could this be my ISA?? Are all of the ISAs in Vegas? I'll go give it a call back and see who answers.

Holy cow, it WAS Tesla!!! Why didn't they leave me a voicemail, for cryin out loud?! o_O

Anyway, I left them a message to call me back, so hopefully I'll get a little more info soon. Looks like more people are getting their delivery dates today, so fingers crossed!

Yes, it appears that all of the ISAs work out of a location in the Las Vegas area. My ISA has a number in the 725 area code. Since no message was left maybe double check that your voicemail is not full?

Got an email from my ISA -- yes, small victories, I have an ISA! My car is at the port in San Diego. Unfortunate that it's not steaming across the Pacific Ocean, but at least now I can reset my expectations. He's going to call me tomorrow to talk details. :)

Good for you. Many years ago my son had a classmate in kindergarten whose dad was in the business of shipping cargo to Hawaii. They sent cars as well. The same company did the prep for new cars coming from Asia. I would bet that is the same company they use to move the cars to Hawaii. We got to tour the ship and it was pretty cool. They move a bunch of cars also for people who move back and forth.

Blue / Aeros in Orlando, FL
Configured 2/22
VIN 3/10
Delivery 3/30
Same config date, same VIN date, red/aero config, still no definite delivery date either. A local non-owner in Seattle with the same dates and same config took delivery last Saturday. My ISA said I should get a delivery date late last week or early this week. I'm really hoping that tomorrow (Tuesday) is the delivery date assignment. I'd pick this coming Saturday if I had any say.

Got my delivery date assigned today!! It will be on Tuesday, 3/27/18 at 5pm. :D

I wasn't going to send my ISA an email until tomorrow but couldn't resist sending it today to ask if I would still be able to take delivery before March 30th as she had told me. She called about 40 minutes later. Glad I sent the email but am not 100% certain that triggered her to call me.

She said that within a few hours I'd receive an email confirming the delivery date as well as the final MVPA that I'm looking to review.

The wait continues but it is now bounded. Whew!

Scheduled my delivery date today.
Mar
Have you talked to them about when the car will arrive? I was told mine would arrive 3/28 and be ready for delivery the 30th. We had vin assigned the same day and will also be taking delivery in Tampa. I was thinking our cars would be traveling together.
Yes. Just heard yesterday. We are scheduled to take delivery on the 30th :)
Probably are traveling together :)

Tried to get info from my ISA on whether my Model 3 was still on a train headed for the East coast. She answered all of the questions in my email except for that one. She’s done a good job so far and I’m sure she is super busy so I didn’t feel like pressing her on it. At least she confirmed that I’m still scheduled for delivery next Thursday!

Everything signed through ISA (never got e-sign link). She said all that’s left is Tech CU has to get the wire transfer or check to them by Monday to make sure our 3/31 delivery is on time.

Email Tech CU three times and no response. Call them tonight. They need to verify everything through our delivery specialist. We haven’t technically been assigned one or spoken with one (though we were told it’s tentatively a Shannon Davis in Raleigh NC).

I get off and try to call my ISA. Straight to voicemail. I email her. Auto responder says she’s out of the office until Friday! Just great...

I’m just hoping I can get through to SOMEONE tomorrow to get this straightened out!

My ISA said that I could bring check from my credit union, plus my cashiers check with me to pick up the car. I specifically asked.

I don't know if that's a difference in our states, or because you are doing a non local CU it's different.

My CU is 5 miles away, so I can just go pick up a check.
