Followed this Cybertruck tonight in Los Gatos, CA. Lost it for a bit, then saw it parked on the main downtown street. Wild to see in person... it's not super tall, but it just seems freakishly long in person.

Couldn't see much on the inside due to dark & glare...
Some detail shots of panel gap problems, misalignment issues, and even overlapping steel parts where there sure should be some sort of joint or transition trim or something.
Cops gave it a ticket for parking in a loading zone, placed neatly under that massive wiper blade!.
Two couples came and retrieved it. Driver said he was local from Los Gatos (should have known about the notorious loading zone in front of the movie theater!). Very nice guy... i asked to look inside but he said he wasn't allowed to show anyone.

Not only parked in a loading zone - parked *badly* in a loading zone.
Oh, no worries though, the panel gaps are totally within spec, no issues there.
That parking job was in spec for a pickup truck, LOL.
I actually think it looks great from these photos. Some of the other shots I've seen are mixed.
I honestly thought it looked more like derisive laughter. It's hard to tell from stills, I guess.
It was missing its aero caps, too.
Something I just realized - the sidewalls of those tires have the aero caps shape pressed in them, and it *SEEMS* like the tires have to be mounted in alignment with the heptagonal hub shape in the rim in order for the aero caps to line up with the sidewall shape correctly.
That's an interesting and curious choice. Seems like it's going to be a hassle for a lot of tire shops.

I noticed the tire pattern in previous photos and videos matches the wheel covers. Seems like in these photos, the red dot on the tire is mounted opposite the wheel's valve stem to help align them.
