Not on V3. They are not shared and are not labeled.

The letters are QUITE SMALL, but they are there. Initially I thought they weren't there also as they are no where near as large or as obvious as the lettering on a V2.
You actually have to look carefully inside near the top. I suspect it is just a reference number for Tesla. I'll take a photo this morning in Brandon and post it. I was surprised to see the 1D in Winnipeg. I thought it might stop at C being 3 phase.

Here is what it looks like here in Brandon on our V3. Suspect it is the same in Vegas.

I had to jump through 7 stalls before getting one that works.

the car would charge 3 miles then stop. Find another stall, repeat, repeat, repeat.

Ended up paying the 20$ for parking...

Sorry to clarify, after trying 6 bad stalls. I went to have dinner. Leaving the car plugged in and occasionally trying to start charge from APP.

After dinner I moved to a stall where I saw someone was able to charge, then it finally worked.

I was at the supercharging for over 2 hours. The initial bouncing around took about 10-15 mins. I even tried the slow mo chargers and ironically plugged into 2 that weren't working as well.

It seems when you're hungry a lot can go wrong. HANGRY!

I can see messing around with 7 chargers taking 15+ mins but I’d have left for the charger on Bridger after the 3rd non-operating charger.
Certainly trying a few more stalls takes less time than driving downtown and back. But yeah, if you had to pay to park, that's on you. Even if you needed to be in there more than an hour, it would obviously be easy to exit and re-enter and start a new session.

Yeah that sucks then. So many chargers were broken or had the cords hung up. For a signature site you'd think they would get it working appropriately. I had to charge there 3 times last week and all were poor experiences.

He already said he had dinner reservations there.

Doesn't sound like it if he's complaining about paying $20 for parking. There is not enough time to leave the car on a SC, have a nice dinner, then come back... you will end up with idle fees. Anyway, good to know that the ones there are having problems. But my point is that there are other SC around town.

No more free valet parking on the strip anymore. Guess casinos are falling on hard times? Going to dinner in Vegas while on a supercharger can be dicey if idle charges are in effect. If he didn't pay $20 for parking there, probably would have had to pay $20 somewhere else, right? Unless the restaurant would give you a parking voucher.

I’m trying to find the article I read about some casino/hotels are reversing their paid parking decisions after seeing a backlash. I remember the Wynn specifically reversing their decision. Also, if you have an M Life member card at a certain level self-park is free and same thing with Caesars. FYI Military/Veterans members get those cards at the “free” rewards level for free.99 with Caesars being FREE valet.

You DO know that there are more SC around Las Vegas, right?

Thank you for showing a beautiful map of Las Vegas and all of her available Superchargers. If you would like the fine details of my wonderful night I will explain in further detail below. **Long story about my night that no normal person would want to hear**

Driving through Vegas from Salt Lake City, Utah. Destination is Los Angeles (home). Wanted to stop for dinner in Las Vegas (the buffet at Cesars). Already dropped off the lovely lady as the dinner line would be quite long, approximately 1 hour or so. Keep in mind, this is a Saturday night in Las Vegas. Plenty of traffic just about every where. I tried 6 chargers at the LINQ. Then tried 2 of the HPWC. Got a call that we would be seated soon...panic mode and decided to exit the supercharger. Drove into the Flamingo parking realizing that the parking there was the same program as the supercharger. Couldn't find parking any way, so drove back to the SuperCharger and plugged into another random stall. Walked away and 1 minute later got a message on my phone say charging was uninterrupted.

After my long drive from SLC with the beautiful snow and frozen wipers and washer fluid, Paying for parking is pretty much, it is what it is. I'm just quite annoyed by the charging experience...Because after dinner and I moved the car again, i noticed other people were able to charge at stalls where I wasn't. This experience is just frustrating...Also, my SOC was around 20-21%. So those constant failure boosted me to 22-23% allowing me to leave Sentry Mode on at least.

So ultimately, going to another charger wasn't an option. And, yes, if I was going to stay in the car while charging or around the charging area, I could have totally moved the car out of the lot and right back in to avoid the $20 parking.

You really just need to get enough charge to make it to Primm, NV (36 miles away). With 20% SOC, you could have gone to a destination charger (10KW) for a bit of charge/charge for free. There are also free L2 chargers around Vegas (6KW). FYI, EVGo is starting to add Tesla plugs to their DCFC stations, so more options in the future... Keep this in mind on your next trip. Bottom line, know your options now and know there will be more options in the near future.

Wow, you're really trying to beat this to death here buddy. I'm not some idiot that can't read the map in the car showing me all the various options I have.

I think you're failing the reading comprehension here that I had dinner plans and I wasn't going to drive to any alternative charging locations. It's plan and simple. I'm not quite sure why you keep telling me there are PLENTY OF OPTIONS and I should plan better.

My post isn't about finding more options to charge. My post is about my frustrating experience with LINQ V3.

If I didn't have dinner plans I could've went any where else. SO IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO READ ANYTHING FROM MY POST, JUST READ THIS. I HAD DINNER PLANS....AND MOST OF THE CHARGERS I TRIED DID NOT WORK. DRIVING TO ANOTHER LOCATION WAS NOT AN OPTION.

You can blame the Caesars and MGM bean counters. They are not falling on hard times. It is just unadulterated greed. Those two companies own 90% of the strip so the other places got squeezed and had to start charging for parking as well (Places like Cosmo and Wynn got tired of everyone parking in their garages and walking to the other casinos, which is reasonable). Anyways, I think Wynn, which is somewhat more isolated, recently reversed course so there is some hope.

Also note that many people get FREE parking with a higher tier players card. And of course many tourists don't use a car at all, so it isn't affecting everyone. Still totally moronic to squeeze out casual locals and other people who drive into the city.

Should have taken the wife to the Lazy Dog!!

Also, it's a long walk from the supercharger to the Caesars buffet . You must really like that buffet!

Agreed, the $20 could have been better paid to the valet to park his car at a Destination charger at Caesars...

One correction, Destination Charger can go up to 16KW... that is 64 miles for 1 hour... more than enough to get to Primm after dinner, probably even Baker.
