Your pictures and the charge rate you get are absolutely amazing.
In Europe, 2019.20.x does not show the message about increased charging speed in the release notes, we've got different superchargers with different plugs and never got that increase in charge rate at low SoC.
What we both got is an earlier reduction of charging speed: prior to this update, a rate above 100kw was maintained quite a bit longer (112kW up to 52% and > 100kw up to 62%) .
I've included the information from your charge as the red line in the graph.
This should be directly comparable, these graphs are for a Model S P100D registered 6/2017, so a bit older but same battery pack.

As far as supercharging goes: sucks to be in Europe at the moment.
