Is there a way to hide my location, so other users of the mobile app (in my household) can't track my position at all times?

As far as I know the only way would be to disable remote access via the center screen.
Yes, just disable remote access at @MP3Mike suggested.
Go to Controls / Settings / Safety & Security and turn off Mobile Access.

What if you have two different accounts for the same car? Can the primary account see the secondary accounts driving ?
My husband and I are secondary on each other's car and we are able to see the location of either car.

You didn't get the cloaking option? Look in upgrades in the app and see if your car has the hardware, i believe its in beta and costs like $1.7M, its kinda like FSD, it works under perfect conditions.
I was actually testing leaving on dog mode to see if it would keep the wifi on and so far after15-20 minutes it seems to be connected fine and the car appears offline when checking on a secondary phone. I am turning off bluetooth on my primary phone to make sure people can't actually drive off with my car lol
