Loss of Spotify credentials at reset

Hi all,
On 2023.2.12 it happens that, after a soft reset, the system loses the spotify user & password.
I have a complicated password and it's a real pain to write it down every time..
Does it happen to You, too?

No. It's never happened to me in the 13 months that I've owned this car, and I've done a reset/reboot quite a few times.

Today it lost my account with no reason. I just wanted to drive, no reset. I opened a ticket..
