Have this same issue now. 2019 model 3 LR AWD. I purchased March 2019. Has 24588 miles. I think build date in early Jan 2019. Was your build date similar? Have noticed decreasing range and took it in several months ago. Service did battery check and said it was fine.
Same error message and car won’t charge, has less than 200 mile charge currently. When plugged in to charge it cycles between saying starting to charge and charging.
I wondered how things have been for you since your battery replacement? Did new battery give you full 310 range again?
