I think OP may be referring to finding out the numbers that they specifically have driven on autopilot. Although one can hazard a guess based on the link you provided, there are too many variables to extract a reasonable answer on individual AP use from aggregate AP use.
Aside from keeping notes yourself, I'm not aware of a way. The car may or may not be keeping track from trip to trip, but I've never seen anyone able to access that data.

I love stats too. There are so many stats I wished Tesla would allow us to access via the app. They have all of our stats. It's just a matter of them allowing us to access it.
