Model 3 - LR AWD Waiting Room

Did you get your VIN and then put a hold? I'm on vacation till 31st night. When I pulled it off at that time, I was sure that It will be delivered in March. But this sudden change in dates put me off guard.

I was given a 3 day window to pick a delivery time yesterday. (12/27-12/29)

A bunch of fire trucks and people evacuated at Tesla factory Fremont. Nothing obvious that I could see. Just FYI

I feel like a terrible person. One of my first thoughts after reading that was "How will that affect when I get the car?"

I just put it on hold again. Hope they hold this vin number till I return back from Vacation on 31st Dec. Would be very happy to pick the car on 1st Jan 2022.

Just picked up mine! The weather held up just to be sunny when I was inspecting! Only one small area by the drivers bumper where it’s a little tight but otherwise it looks good. this thing even with being a LR is fast!… at least fast enough for me for now.. .

I got a trade in offer from Tesla which surprisingly is higher than every offer I received to sell the car. The closest offer came in $1400 lower. But of course taxes on the sale will drop it even more. Being in NJ I don't have taxes on Tesla vehicle so I don't have to worry about that for trade in.

My question is the Tesla trade in offer final? Or do you drop it off and they check out the car then give you the final price for the trade in?
I wanted to sell the car but the offers are not what I thought they would be.

Hello all, After getting a text today saying my delivery was delayed, I also got notice to submit my final payment in the Tesla app, My question is they want my bank user name and my password to access my bank account, I have never had this procedure before, Is this normal? I am really worried about giving that information out on an app on my cell phone, Thanks for any advice

Sorry for my ignorance, But who do I give the check to? Do I just take it to the Tesla dealer? I have not spoken with a real person so far in this transaction, Everything has been done either from my computer or my phone, I am getting old and still a lot of this scares me

This is why I am confused, The app says I must submit the final payment before they will deliver the car, They want to deliver it here but the dealer is only about 3 miles from where I am at, Is this how this process works? Thanks

I hope it is just a cut and dried deal, The offer the gave me for my trade in was about the same as what cars like mine are selling for on Auto Trader, So I thought lets go for it, It does seem strange because all I gave them was the VIN number and a picture of the odometer and that was it,

Finally received my vin (10/19 OD). Looking to switch to loan, so no updated delivery day, but should have everything settled tomorrow. Hoping to get before Christmas!
