it seems like they're just pulling names out of a hat for who each car goes to, I've seen several people order the exact same car as me in November and already get it even though i ordered in december,

A demo white exterior / black interior 2021 M3LR with about 1400 miles on it is showing up in Charlotte, NC inventory. Not much discount at all but posting just in case someone has a very urgent need to get the car ASAP.

Final EDD (11/26): 12/02 - 12/08 [...but looks like we're back to as late as December 8th.]
1st Scheduled Delivery for 12/06.
Delivered early on 11/30. (Car arrived early and a pickup window opened up. VIN didn't change, so not sure if people placing orders on hold had any bearing on this early delivery.)

OD of 11/22 pretty lucky to get last two weeks of December. Hopefully it comes in before you leave.Awesome! Also in PHX and my OD was 11/22 and my EDD is 12/16-12/31 so I'm hoping with M3LR W/B, no FSD this is pumped out pretty quick! Still waiting to wake up to that EDD moved up 2 weeks since I'm leaving on the 23rd until NYE. I don't want my delivery to be when I'm gone haha. Ugh! Can you imagine the agony?!

Your spec is exactly same as mine, and similar edd and order date, though I’m up in sf bay area and set to pick up @ Fremont.

I definitely think so since you ordered super early in the quarter it makes sense you’d be in the first half of December rather than the second half. When I ordered my M3LR on June 28, 2020 (Last days of Q2) I took delivery September 5, 2020 (First week of final Q3 month). I had picked up a M3LR White on Black with 18 inch aeros here in SoCal, so 12/10 sounds pretty spot on.
Same spec here in Corona CA, OD 10/29, EDD 12/10-12/31 (hasnt changed), NO VIN yet either.
