The pile of stuff waiting for a car got bigger again. My Homelink-installation package arrived from the Tesla Shop today.
The electrician I contracted to install my L2 charger also set a date to do the work: 3 March

I just can't wait to see how far they bump my EDD tomorrow.

l completed my lease just after I placed my deposit.

So why are they telling me something completely different?

Where “online”? I’ve never found it, and have been told on the phone I can’t do the app until I get my VIN

Well I took delivery yesterday and it went great!

Timeline:
Order Date: 2/4/2022; original delivery estimate: March 2022. I placed the order in the showroom and they completed my profile on the spot. I

But what bugs me about how this all works is... you and I ordered the same car. Like, the exact same car. You're in Cleveland, I'm in Columbus. I ordered in January, and have until next weekend. The lack of consistency or rhyme or rhythm to this is... fun.

When I completed my pre-delivery tasks such as registration and whatnot it asked how I'm paying, I chose lease, asked me what terms I wanted and salary information, seconds later got approved

I think we need to examine some other factors. What was your payment method, and did either of you have trade ins?

EDD pushback happened on day 2 of my 2 week window … seems to be a pattern here.
Now I’m back at a 3 1/2 week window
2/27-3/23. This is more like my 2nd EDD WINDOW

Sorry I live in Rochester but I have to pick it up in mt. Kisco too. They said they wouldn’t deliver to Rochester. It’s like a 5.5 hour drive for me.

Weird, I signed up for delivery for an extra $750, near Ithaca NY. My initial order was end of Nov. so maybe they aren't offering that anymore.
