Got these a month ago when they were $9.99. Worth a try?

They fit fine, they were metal and rubber, they looked
good and "sporty".
It takes a little jiggling to remove the original brake rubber
pedal and get the lovely metal and rubber contraption on.
The accel one just pulls over the existing stub. They suggest
soaking them in hot water first, to make them more flexible.
That works OK if you don't spill the water (see floor-mats).
All in all, about 10 minutes. 20 if you spill the water. 60
minutes if you spill the water and add an electric hair drier
to soften up all the rubber. Zzzap. 10 if you skip the whole
softening bit entirely and use your fingers.
I can't see paying a lot for this effect, unless you have a habit
of laying the ladies (to impress) down over the console, so they
will see them for sure. Changing the ambient lighting LED for a
brighter one can help make your
investment more obvious.
Functionally, the only noticeable effect has been to bring up
an occasional "both pedals pressed at once" warning at first.
They are a bit wider than the stock Tesla stumps, of course,
so it takes a little getting used to, keeping your foot where it
belongs. Just don't be a sap and pay for some "de luxe" or
otherwise wallet-purging variety. They're just pedal covers.
