Well it actually did rubber banded back as of today! Got my VIN assigned and new delivery window.

It's getting real!

Once you get the VIN and you get your ducks in a row, things happen fast. Just got my delivery date and time scheduled.

OD - 7/29
First EDD - 9/9 - 10/14
Second EDD - 9/12 - 10/10
Third EDD - 9/15 - 9/29
Fourth EDD - 10/12 - 11/09
VIN Assigned (356xxx) on 9/12 with delivery window of 9/20 - 9/26
On 9/13 delivery date and time scheduled of 9/24

Well I got a VIN and delivery is set for Sunday. I have the wrong time though and Im trying to change it to no avail. Ive texted and called. Hopefully I can get that resolved in time.

EDIT: Nevermind all good. Picking up Sunday.

While some of you were waking up to good news, I woke up to an EDD push. Hoping for a rubber band in dates like others have experienced but not holding my breath due to quarter end push on the West coast.

Having these shady delivery estimates is worse than having no estimates. Some feeling lucky, some betrayed, some jealous. lol
That's why the traditional dealers have zero transparency, no one needs to know they got bumped due to prioritizing other customers or due to inefficient delivery process.

LOL, that happen recently in this thread but I didn’t place my order until 08/08, so I can’t complain about it. That would certainly be my luck though Hopefully those with June/July orders are getting close.

Of course, EDD 9/26-9/30 and I’m out of the country 9/25-9/29. Spoke with the SA and he was all ready to put me back in the queue already. Geez.

So I’m hoping that they come to their senses and this works out for 9/30 but who knows.
