Model 3 Randomness

Ok so got in the car today, first time in over a week and 2 things happened.
1) wouldn’t let me in without the key card
2) the wipers wouldn’t stop, despite it not raining.

Is it me or do I have a problem?

I’ve had number one happen randomly a couple of times for no obvious reason. Not seen number two... yet.

Try a reset.
Press and hold both steering wheel buttons until the Tesla logo appears.

I've had both happening. Particularly number 2 today. Wipers went mad!

Yup, had both, I just switched the wipers to off.
The next time it rained I put them back on Auto and it has been fine since!

On 2. could also be worth giving the windscreen a good clean - may have something stuck to it making the sensor think its raining?

Since the 28.6 update, my headlights on auto are almost permanently on. Brilliant sunshine and they are one. Annoying or wit.

In spite of rebooting several times our wipers have also gone into constant mode

So... I've just had my tail light done by a mobile service ranger but whilst there, I asked the technician about the wipers issue and was it related to the latest software update.

He said, yes, they have had a number of reports of this happening and they have identified something in the firmware which will be picked up in a future software release.

Good to know it wasn't just me!

Ditto, very strange as they’re not on all of the time.
