Model S AP 2.0 Rear View mirror connector

Wondering if someone could help me out - trying to install the F800 Pro dashcam on my Model S 2.0 AP 2.0

I was following this thread
P100 Auxiliary Feed

And the install instructions are pretty straightforward.

Although I really want to avoid splicing into the original cable behind the rear view mirror(see attached picture - belongs to @icefree from this forum). Does anyone know what type of connector that is and if I can get an extender of some type that I could potentially slice in to. I have scoured in the internet and can't find any information on it at all.

I don't know if anyone's seen the Topfit DashCam - it has the connector built in. Appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.

This is an old thread, I realize, but I just hardwired my Uniden R3 to my 2018 Model S P100D using the mirror connector. There is both +12V and +12V_accessory on this connector.

Here are the part numbers of relevance.

Sumitomo Wiring Systems

Female Housing
6098-3810 - 5pos

Socket
8100-3624 - 22AWG

Male Housing
6098-3802 - 5pos

Pin
8100-3622 - 22AWG

I had to order on a slow boat from China to get them, and I already had the tooling to crimp the pins. This first go at it is a prototype, as I'll be adding an inline fuse and using better wire for my 'production' harness now that I've proven it out. The RJ-11 is an old phone cord I just had laying around.

I'm also considering running a remote mute button but haven't decided where I want to put it yet.
