I just realized that where the dashboard used to say something like preferred delivery date: February, it doesn't say anything anymore. Will it eventually show a defined delivery date?

My preferred delivery disappeared after I confirmed a pick-up time with my delivery specialist, and I got a pick up time showing up based on that date:

My preferred delivery date disappeared for a few (2 to 3) weeks. When it finally did come back it had a specific date and time instead of just "January 2014".

Mine says: Preferred Delivery Late February. In fact, my "preferred" delivery is now! It's strange they use that term when, in fact, it's the earliest date they can get it to us and not actually our "preferred" date.

I got a call from Tesla and my estimated delivery is now 20-Feb-2014 ... also, my "Red Brake Calipers" should be "yes"

Midlife Crisis - I think the scariest thing that showed up on my dashboard was the "pay it now" button!
Yeah, I know! Every time I see it I wonder if pressing that button will make the car come any faster! If it would, I would press it in less than a second!

I made some updates to my car. I added the high power home charging, the pano roof, and the carbon inserts.
And surprise! I just got an email with a delivery date, February 14.

In @ScottieLV's case, he requested a delayed delivery to ensure he had a 2014 VIN...I would have been happy to take a 2013 VIN if it had gotten me my car any sooner! And, believe me, if there was any other way for me to cheat the wait, I would happily do it! 11-Feb cannot come soon enough!
