Hey all,
So, I ordered a new inventory Model S P100D at the end of November and am supposed to take delivery on December 15th. All was going great until I got a call from my Owner Specialist telling me that the car will be arriving with ~1000 additional miles. Basically, when the car was ordered, it was still out as a loaner vehicle and didn't notify the customer that the car had sold. They decide to tell me this 5 days ago - a week before delivery. Of course they apologized and all, but am expecting some sort of compensation for this, which they are working on at this time. What do you all think would be a fair resolution? I asked for Autopilot to be removed as it was rarely used in my S85D and its also double the price now. So, I think if they just added that in free of charge it would be fair. Let me know what you all think.
