- My 2016 Ford F150 Platinum just had recalls for unintended doors and tailgates opening!!Awesome information. Nice to see they have SBs for issues. But crazy to see that some issues are like loose bolts in brakes or steering column?!?

Thanks for these - how did you find them and how do we keep up to date on them?
Another way to find bulletins:
NHTSA: Check for Recalls: Vehicle, Car Seat, Tire, Equipment
-or-
NHTSA: 2020 TESLA MODEL Y SUV AWD
The complaints are interesting... there is one nasty incident that may or may not have been caused by a "pygmy hippopotamus".
Super appreciate you posting these SBs and info about how to subscribe!! Very useful information.See the attached Service Bulletins for the Model Y. Enjoy folks!
Model Y being built in the tent. Line is not interlocked to ensure critical joints are secured correctly. My team and I were a part of the 2019 purge. Guess what our job was?Awesome information. My Certificate of Origin has a date of 6/15/2020 with VIN 13xxx. I expect it's posted on the car as well but I don't have access to it at the moment. One service bulletin references cars built before a certain date (May 26, 2020 I think). How can I tell the date of manufacture for my MY? Thanks.
My Certificate of Origin...
Sorry for changing the subject - But where did you get/find a Certificate of Origin?

What does “line not interlocked” mean?Model Y being built in the tent. Line is not interlocked to ensure critical joints are secured correctly. My team and I were a part of the 2019 purge. Guess what our job was?
It is part of the original paperwork sent to you from Tesla. For us, it was in a FedEx envelope that we received about 2-3 weeks after delivery.
Never got one. The only Fedex we received from Tesla was the title after it came back from the State. Any other way to find the date of manufacture?
Loose fasteners are a very common issue in manufacturing especially when humans are involved. All it takes is one day of work with a bad torque wrench and the operator just doing their job and you have a ton of parts out the door with a common issue. Recalls are there for safety critical issues, TSBs are there for issues that a manufacturer knows exist but are a non-critical safety issue and generally lower in volume. I wouldn't worry too much as every vehicle manufacturer has these issues.
My Ram 1500 just had a TSB come out for lose windshield wiper bolts, they checked and fixed them when I dropped it off for an oil change.
GM had injector covers that started on fire on the 3800 SII engine
Dodge had a diode fail in the alternator causing the battery to start on fire
Toyota had the run-away Prius
I would agree with that statement.Untorqued caliper bolts IS a very serious safety issue especially when an untorqued bolt backs all the way out. The loose calipher can shift and rub against internal section of the rim causing it to crack/deteriorate while driving.
