Model Y - Totaled or repair?

Updated estimate is now over 30K. I'm feeling pretty confident it's totaled.

I am in exact situation. Only my car is just one month old with 400miles. 2021 Model Y long range. T bone collision. Total front part is gone, all airbags deployed. Waiting for repair estimate. I wonder if it will be totaled or if they say repairable.

Hey, any more information on your situation? Also, did your airbags deploy? I got in an accident with similar front end damage, in addition to steering wheel and driver leg airbags deploying and rear passenger damage. I’d love to know your experience! Still waiting on the inspection for my car

My understanding is that in general, MY or M3 airbags deployed = totaled. Tesla doesn't allow frame pulls and several other restrictions that make a total loss more likely.

OP doesn't say if there was damage to battery pack, but I'm assuming because it looks like he was able to back up onto the shoulder that the drivetrain and battery are ok - so the $30k must reflect the price of body and other parts needed, Will be interesting to see resolution.
