As someone who's been really frustrated by useless EDD's, unresponsive SA's, and changes in supposedly confirmed and reconfirmed actual delivery dates three times...

Yes, I know we made you reconfirm your appt 3 times and threatened to cancel it if you didn't respond within 2 hours.
And we removed your VIN. And we changed the EDD back to Sept. If it makes you feel any better, it's happened to other people too.)...
Plus I've had to get a rental. Extend it. Extend it again. Return it thinking I was getting my Tesla. Scramble for another rental. Extend it. etc.
...I finally got my Model Y, and I've driven it for one day (only to and from work), but I gotta say, I love it! There're a few issues I need to get fixed (one headlight is sticking out, and some minor exterior and interior trim issues to fix), but overall the car's in great shape.
