Cheers, the NKYTA team. :)

It's been a while since I've updated my entry (Summer 2015). We've had a few new local superchargers open up since then, and I picked up a few new ones on the way back from Spring Training this March (taking a slightly different route than last year). The biggest set of additions though, came from road tripping out to Reno for the Gigafactory Grand Opening last week!

Local Grand Openings:
40 St Charles
41 Columbia
Cardinals Spring Training:
42 Brandon
43 Port St Lucie
44 Orlando
Local Grand Opening
45 Champaign
Visiting a friend in Indianapolis:
46 Terre Haute
Gigafactory Grand Opening:
47 Silverthorne
48 Glenwood Springs
49 Grand Junction
50 Green River
51 Price
52 Tooele
53 West Wendover
54 Elko
55 Winnemucca
56 Lovelock
57 Reno
58 Salt Lake City

Next up will probably be Miner, then maybe Rolla, Peru, or Mt Vernon. No other immediate road trip plans, but I'm thinking about going down to Texas possibly next summer, which could potentially add quite a few to my list.

I skipped a couple on a recent road trip because I destination charged. It's an interesting balance between valuing my time vs. valuing this weird desire to increase my "visited Supercharger" number...

That's natural. You have to get above 40 before the supercharger virus embedded in your fob takes root in your DNA. Six months later, you start planning road trips around weird things like orange juice, clam chowder and oysters. :)

Well, I'm over 40 despite my young looks in my avatar photo. I have to admit that it burned me to not visit the chargers. If I didn't have the family with me, I would have been more likely to swing over and check that box..
