My EDD is Aug 25-29 and no trade offer

On Sunday I received the “your car has shipped text” with and EDD of 25-29 Aug. My app still shows my trade as PENDING. When will I get a trade, if it’s not acceptable I need time to make other arrangements.

The SA I was assigned keeps repeating it “takes 48 hours”. It’s like a recording.

Something is stuck in a loop, this isn't normal. You might have to call Tesla directly to get it sorted out if your SA is also stuck in the same loop.
