I have only one vehicle which doesn't have AP nor FSD activated.

The price was $4k+7k at one point, looks like it's been reduced now to $3k+6k

Correct, It's on an X with AP2.0 HW, (no AP/EAP/FSD active).

The 3 I have is HW3 and FSD was purchased from delivery
