Newbie - questions about the Model Y

Mine was ordered on the 26th, the Tesla app says expected between today and the 14. Nov.
What is this Lex portal?

We just picked up an LR in white, with a white interior and 20-inch wheels from Dartford.

The rear windows are laminated, tyres are Michelin, no idea about batteries. Rear windows also have privacy glass, which was a surprise.

Interestingly was missing a rear headrest, but they said at collection to raise a service request.

The Model Y always had privacy glass as far as I can see (& the rear windows on my December 22 YLR also seem to have some sort of laminated glass which looks virtually identical to the front windows, it's also a double layer).

it was a bit of a crap show, originally ordered a Model 3 performance on the 18th of August and got told 18th of October it was not coming, so ordered a model y on the 18th, they messed that up as well so had to reorder again on the 19th. The Y is on a 2.9% interest rate for cars delivered before the 17th of November. EDD changed to December so found a white one in Stcok (wanted a grey one, white interior/big wheels)

The charge was 88% which surprised me, had been told we get 100 miles free of charging but didn't need it.

The order was placed on the 26th Oct, Tesla accepted it the same day and I collected the car on the 4th Nov
