No more deliveries at Chelmsford

With my pickup scheduled for 1pm today, I was informed yesterday at 7pm that I could not pickup at Chelmsford and instead had to use Dartford.

Anyone else have this happen to them?

Yup, collecting from Dartford on Friday - found out about the change from Chelmsford a week or so back.

This was Thursday 10th. Completely full of 70 plate model 3’s. Saturday 12th. Not one car!

I guess the bright side is that Dartford have the new green EV plates...

Guys do ask for both sets of plates - Tesla are supplying them for free (from Dartford at least)

• Green EV
• If you ask for private plates to be printed, they will only be supplied on the Green EV templates

Spoke to chap at Dartford yesterday with my collection, he said Chelmsford have absolute nightmares with access for the delivery lorries, therefore no more there and over to Dartford going forward.

My collection had the green plates, happy, prefer.

Got mine on Friday, the delivery lorry was blocking access to the site and kept having to be moved. I was also told by phone on Monday that the bodyshop and possibly service department are short staffed/empty due to isolation.

Just joined. Wondered why Chelmsford wasn't an option when ordering my Model 3. Picking up in Feb 22(Hopefully)
